From the moment you walk into a PLY class you will be greeted by the scent of 100% therapeutic grade Aroma Therapy and relaxing music to set the tone. Each class offering will be unique and will always include Meditation and Vinyasa Yoga. To end class you are welcome to a complimentary hot tea or water. Props are always welcome in class and never required.

This is a unique event you don't want to miss! Grab a friend and join PLY in person for a Full Moon Event at the Myer's Hotel. We will begin with a meditation and transition to a Gentle Yoga flow and aroma therapy and finally finish the event in Yoga Nidra- please bring an open mind and yoga mat. You will float your way back home feeling relaxed and grounded.
