That quiet longing to remember who you are—that’s why this space exists. 💖 Returning to You is more than coaching. It’s a soul invitation. A gentle path inward to reconnect with the truth beneath the noise, roles, and old stories. Through Reiki, soulful coaching, embodied movement, and deep reflection, you’ll soften, release, and return to the radiant, whole, worthy woman within. ✨ This journey isn’t for everyone. It’s for the woman ready to remember herself—to unravel gently, rise slowly, and reclaim her light. 🌟 If your heart whispers but your mind hesitates, reach out. We’ll feel into it together. 💫 What’s Included: 🌿 3 Soul-Centered Reiki Energy Healing Sessions (90 minutes each) Held Weeks 1, 3, and 5 to support emotional release, energy clearing, and alignment. Your first Reiki session will lovingly initiate your journey. Together, we’ll identify your purpose, set your intention, and uncover blocks or areas to strengthen. This helps us create a personalized plan to meet your energetic needs, support your safety, and guide you toward your goals. You’ll also receive tools to continue your healing after our time ends. 📝 Personalized Journal Prompting & Homework Tailored prompts and exercises will support your reflection and growth throughout the program, designed around your unique needs. 🌀 6 Intuitive 1-on-1 Coaching Sessions Weekly 30-minute sessions to explore and integrate your transformation in a sacred, personal way. 🧘🏽♀️ Full Access to My Online Yoga Library Grounding, heart-opening practices to reconnect you with your body, breath, and inner wisdom. Please Note: Because of the deep care and energy I pour into holding this sacred container, I can only support a limited number of women at a time. Once spaces fill, booking will pause until space opens. Payment Options: To support your budget and commitment, choose from: Pay in Full at booking 2-Payment Plan: Two equal payments, one now and one 30 days later 4-Payment Plan: Four gentle monthly payments, starting now, then every 30 days All plans are auto-billed for your ease. Booking & Cancellation Policy Returning to You – 1:1 Coaching with Linzi | PLY Healing Thank you for choosing to journey inward with the Returning to You coaching program. This is a sacred, personalized container designed to support you in reconnecting with your truth, your voice, and your wholeness. To honor both your time and mine, please review the following policy. 📅 Booking Policy • All sessions must be scheduled in advance through my calendar link or via direct communication. • Session times are held just for you. Please be thoughtful when booking. • You’ll receive confirmation and reminder emails before each session. ✨ Program Commitment This is a full-experience coaching program intended to support deep, lasting transformation. It works best when we meet consistently and you show up with openness and intention. Life happens, and flexibility is part of the process — but honoring this space is also an act of self-devotion. ❌ Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. • Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be considered missed and cannot be rescheduled. • Emergencies happen — if something unexpected comes up, please reach out and we’ll navigate together. • If you arrive late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time. 📌 No-Show Policy • Sessions missed without notice are considered no-shows and are not eligible for make-up. • After two no-shows, your program may be paused to reassess alignment and timing. 💳 Payment & Refund Policy • This program is non-refundable.
