Cancellation Policy
PLY Healing Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy At PLY Healing, every offering—whether you’re joining me for Reiki, yoga, sound healing, or another healing experience—is created with intention. When you reserve your space, time and energy are intentionally set aside for you and your healing. I understand that life happens, and plans sometimes need to change. I simply ask that we honor one another’s time and the space being held. 🤍 **Cancellations & Rescheduling** If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least **24 hours’ notice**. With 24+ hours’ notice, your payment or class credit may be applied toward a future eligible service or class. Cancellations made with **less than 24 hours’ notice** and no-shows are considered forfeited and are not eligible for a refund or credit. **Memberships & Class Passes** If your booking was made using a membership or class pass, eligible cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will have the class credit returned when applicable. Late cancellations and no-shows may result in the class or applicable credit being forfeited. **If PLY Healing Needs to Cancel** If I need to cancel or reschedule your Reiki session, class, or other offering, you will have the option to reschedule, receive an appropriate credit, or receive a refund when applicable. **Life Happens 🤍** I know emergencies and unexpected circumstances happen. If something truly beyond your control comes up, please reach out. I’m always willing to approach those situations with compassion and find a solution that feels fair. **How to Cancel or Reschedule** You may manage eligible bookings by logging into your PLY Healing account and selecting **My Bookings**. For last-minute changes or situations requiring assistance, please call or text me directly. Please do not use email for time-sensitive cancellation or rescheduling requests.
