Booking & Cancellation Policy Returning to You – 1:1 Coaching with Linzi | PLY Healing Thank you for choosing to journey inward with the Returning to You coaching program. This is a sacred, personalized container designed to support you in reconnecting with your truth, your voice, and your wholeness. To honor both your time and mine, please review the following policy. 📅 Booking Policy • All sessions must be scheduled in advance through my calendar link or via direct communication. • Session times are held just for you. Please be thoughtful when booking. • You’ll receive confirmation and reminder emails before each session. ✨ Program Commitment This is a full-experience coaching program intended to support deep, lasting transformation. It works best when we meet consistently and you show up with openness and intention. Life happens, and flexibility is part of the process — but honoring this space is also an act of self-devotion. ❌ Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. • Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be considered missed and cannot be rescheduled. • Emergencies happen — if something unexpected comes up, please reach out and we’ll navigate together. • If you arrive late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time. 📌 No-Show Policy • Sessions missed without notice are considered no-shows and are not eligible for make-up. • After two no-shows, your program may be paused to reassess alignment and timing. 💳 Payment & Refund Policy • This program is non-refundable.
