🌿PLY Weekly | A Note From Linzi| Bloom where you're becoming 🌿

Hey Sis, 🤍
I've been thinking a lot about this month's theme...
Bloom Where You're Becoming.
At first, I thought it was about growth. About blooming. About stepping into the next version of ourselves.
But the more I've sat with it, the more I've realized... maybe it's actually about learning to love the season we're in while we're still becoming.
If I'm honest, that's something I'm working on too.
There are so many dreams stirring in my heart right now. PLY is growing in ways I prayed for, and I'm beyond grateful. But with growth also comes uncertainty. New ideas. New opportunities. New questions.
Sometimes I catch myself feeling like I need to have it all figured out before I can truly enjoy where I am.
Can anyone else relate?
This week, I wandered out into my garden after work, just like I do most evenings. I had my tea in one hand, and I started harvesting herbs. Some plants are bursting with life right now. Others are taking their sweet time. A few are already beginning to fade as their season comes to an end.
And it hit me...
Not once has my garden asked, "Am I behind?"
The basil isn't trying to be the lavender.
The echinacea isn't comparing itself to the mint.
Everything is simply growing exactly as it was created to.
So why is it that we, as women, have such a hard time offering ourselves that same grace?
We compare.
We question.
We wonder if we're doing enough.
If we're far enough along.
If everyone else has somehow figured out the secret we missed.
Maybe that's because so many of us spend our lives caring for everyone else.
Our children.
Our spouses.
Our parents.
Our patients.
Our coworkers.
Our communities.
Sometimes we become so focused on helping everyone else bloom that we forget we're worthy of tending, too.
Maybe that's your invitation this week.
Not to become someone new.
Not to fix yourself.
Not to hustle harder.
But simply to notice what is already growing within you.
To celebrate the small victories.
To rest when your body asks for it.
To laugh a little more.
To step outside.
To drink your tea while it's still warm.
To remember that healing isn't something we arrive at one day.
It's something we choose, over and over again, in the smallest moments.
🌿 This Week's Gentle Reminder
You don't have to bloom all at once.
Trust the season you're in.
📖 Journal Prompt
Where am I so focused on where I'm going that I'm forgetting to appreciate how far I've already come?
