PLY Weekly | A Note from Linzi | Making Space

softened, gentle, inviting, inspiring, meaningful, reflection

Hey Sis, 🤍

Lately, I've been thinking a lot about space.

Not the kind we measure in square feet or calendar appointments, but the kind we carry within us.

The older I get, the more I realize that life has a way of quietly filling every empty corner if we let it. Our schedules become full. Our minds become full. Our hearts become full. Before we know it, we're carrying responsibilities, expectations, and emotions that we never intended to hold for so long.

Sometimes I wonder if that's why so many women feel exhausted.

Not because we're weak.

Not because we're doing something wrong.

But because we've become incredibly skilled at carrying more than we were ever meant to.

This week, I caught myself asking a simple question.

What am I holding onto that no longer needs me?

It wasn't a dramatic question. It wasn't even attached to one specific thing. It was simply an invitation to notice.

Notice the thoughts I keep replaying.

Notice the expectations I've placed on myself.

Notice the guilt that quietly sneaks in when I choose to rest.

Notice the places where I've been clinging instead of trusting.

The beautiful thing about nature is that it never apologizes for living in seasons.

The garden doesn't bloom year-round.

The trees don't cling to every leaf.

Even the moon reaches her fullest expression before she begins to release.

There is wisdom in that rhythm.

As the Full Moon in Pisces arrives on August 27, I find myself leaning into that invitation. Pisces is often associated with intuition, compassion, emotional healing, and surrender. Rather than asking us to strive for more, this Full Moon gently encourages us to soften, trust, and let go of what no longer aligns with the woman we're becoming.

Whether you follow astrology closely or simply enjoy living a little more in rhythm with nature, I think there's something beautiful about pausing long enough to ask...

What would feel lighter if I finally set it down?

Maybe it's an old story.

Maybe it's unrealistic expectations.

Maybe it's perfectionism.

Maybe it's simply believing you have to do everything on your own.

Whatever comes to mind...

Be gentle with yourself.

Healing isn't about forcing change.

It's about creating enough space for something new to grow.

That's one of the reasons I love that our Moonday Sister Circle is always held on the Monday closest to the Full Moon. It gives us a rhythm we can count on each month—a consistent space to pause, breathe, and come home to ourselves.

There is something incredibly powerful about sitting in a circle with other women who are also choosing to slow down, to listen inward, and to honor whatever season they're in. No fixing. No pretending. No pressure to have the "right" answers.

Just a safe place to be witnessed, supported, and reminded that you don't have to walk your healing journey alone.

You don't have to know anything about astrology.

You don't have to have the "right" words.

You don't even have to know what you're ready to release.

You simply have to come exactly as you are.

Sometimes that's enough.

This Week's Gentle Reminder

You don't have to carry everything into your next season.

📖 Journal Prompt

If I trusted that making space would allow something beautiful to grow, what would I be ready to release?

One of my greatest hopes for PLY Weekly is that it becomes a place where you can pause, take a deep breath, and remember that healing isn't another item on your to-do list. It's found in the quiet moments when you choose to come back to yourself.

I hope you'll find a little space to do that this week.

Keep blooming where you're becoming. 🌿

With love,

Linzi 🤍
